A CRANBOURNE man is expected to be charged with various state and federal offences following the discovery of confidential military publications in his Bellarine Drive house.
Local and military police seized a number of restricted Defence Department books during a recent raid.
It is believed the 42-year-old had been selling the books, which contained classified information regarding military tactics, on eBay.
