Kids enjoy a world of fun

CHILDREN at Rangebank preschool in Cranbourne have been participating in International Children’s Week by having dress up days and other activities.
The children dress up as different cultures from around the world on Wednesday 26 October to celebrate their diversity.
There were children dressed as nations including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Indonesia, China, India, France, Sri Lanka, Hawaii, Scotland and lreland.
The staff at the preschool also dressed as different countries including Egypt, Japan and Mexico.
The children also engaged in international activities like making cultural flags and dolls and all shared in international food pertaining to their country’s culture.
International Children’s Week runs from 22 to 30 October each year and is a national program recognising the talents, skills, achievements and rights of young people supported by all levels of government.
