Multicultural Food Festival
A BIG day of fun is to be had at the Hampton Park Multicultural Food Festival. With a giant slide, market stalls, jumping castle, community groups, workshops and a free animal farm, free entertainment and free show bags the event is fit for the whole family. Santa Claus is also expected to make an appearance to give away some festive gifts.

Frankston Ladies Choir performance
AS part of this year’s ‘Springtime Concert Series’ at St John’s Anglican Church, the Frankston Ladies Choir presents “A Christmas Concert.” The afternoon of Christmas entertainment features arrangements of Simon Walters. The three part harmony will showcase jazzy and jubilant “Jingle Bells” along with the sultry tones of “The Prayer” and Leonard’s Cohen’s “Hallelujah.”

Kitchen Christmas master class with Dani Venn

NOVEMBER at Narre Warren Seniors starts off with Cup Day and of course a fashions on the field parade, betting pool and barbecue lunch. Along with a month of bingo and a country and western social afternoon.

THE course will focus on ‘Are changes in our brain making us less human?’ Discussing the human life force on earth and its effect on the atmosphere, biosphere and aqua-sphere the eight sessions will educate and seek views from participants.

Free hearing tests
BETTER Hearing Australia will offer free consultations and hearing tests in Lynbrook to help people who suffer from hearing loss to better manage their condition.
The not-for-profit organisation provides hearing tests, hearing screenings, understanding hearing test results and advice on managing hearing loss or tinnitus.
Better Hearing Australia also runs the Victorian Hearing Aid Bank where eligible people can access free hearing aids.

Walk the centre
CRANBOURNE Park offers health walks where participants are taken by a qualified instructor from the YMCA. Registrations can be taken on the day and participants are encouraged to wear loose fitting clothes and comfortable walking shoes.

Park run
PARTICIPATE with more than 100 others in a free five-kilometre timed event every Saturday morning. The event caters for serious runners and for those wanting a jog or even a walk.
