Woman trapped for hour in crash car

The multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Pattersons and Tuckers roads, at Clyde North.

IT’S believed a woman was trapped for about an hour inside her car in a multi-vehicle crash at the gravel intersection of Pattersons and Tuckers roads, at Clyde North.
An air ambulance has left the scene with the woman, believed to be in her thirties and suffering head injuries.
Two children limped from the car and Ambulance Victoria confirmed a teenager was taken to The Alfred hospital in a stable condition.
Two other children have been taken to the Monash Hospital also in a stable condition.
Police had the intersection blocked off about 4pm, and ambulance vehicles were first called to the scene about 3.30pm.
A police spokesperson said the car with four passengers inside was travelling east on Pattersons Road when it was hit performing a U-turn at the Tuckers Road intersection by a four-wheel drive.
The two male occupants of the 4WD were uninjured in the collision.
